Military Health System (VA/DoD/Tricare)

On October 6, 2010 the Department of Defense (DoD) issued its final ruling that pharmaceutical companies  were obligated to pay rebates for Tricare prescriptions filled in the retail sector. This ruling is  the latest effort by all components of the Military Health System (MHS) to severely curtail medical expenses within both the DoD and Veteran’s Health Systems.
